Kiruna 10 September 2009: The Institute of Radio Astronomy of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has today agreed on a collaboration with EISCAT that will allow Ukrainian Scientists access to the EISCAT systems. We welcome Ukraine to EISCAT!
